Currently, SpeedQuest is using a combination of USPS Priority Mail and Airborne Express. After doing research and shipping with virtually every provider, these two have delivered better service and cheaper rates. This does not mean that SpeedQuest will not ship via other carriers at your request. If your delivery needs (i.e. when you need the order, special delivery instructions, etc.) are special, PLEASE note them in the comments/notes area when you are checking out. Keep in mind that changes to the shipping process can/will change your shipping price.

Returns
We want you to be happy and satisfied with your order. If for some reason you are unhappy we will do whatever we can to rectify the situation. You will be responsible for all shipping and insurance charges for returns, unless otherwise indicated. If you choose not to insure your package, and we do not accept return of the Product for reasons stated above, you will be responsible for any loss or damage. Upon our acceptance of the merchandise in like new condition in conformity with this policy, the purchase price will be credited to your credit card account. Refunds or credits do not include original shipping and handling charges. Shipping fees will not be refunded if shipment is refused at time of delivery. Refunds on purchases made with a credit card will be posted to the original credit card used at the time of sale. ALL CLEARANCE PRODUCTS (INCLUDING REFURBISHED, NEW AND USED) PURCHASED FROM THIS WEBSITE CANNOT BE RETURNED.

Freight/Shipping Damage
Items that are broken/damaged during shipping must be noted upon receipt with the freight/shipping provider. The customer must also notify SpeedQuest immediately so that we can begin the necessary procedures with the shipper.

Order Cancellations
We are unable to refund any purchase from the SpeedQuestKarting.com site from the time your order is placed (when you click the Submit Order button) until your Product is received by you and returned to us.
